I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron when he came to visit my elderly mam for support to help her live independently at home
He introduced himself and spent a lot of time listening to my mam explaining her mobility difficulties
He was very patience friendly and professional. Aaron took my mam around her bungalow explaining clearly to her what apparatus he could arrange for her to make it easier and comfortable for her to manage her daily living. Aaron then involved me in explaining what he had agreed with my mam and why. Aaron arranged all the equipment that was ordered and it was delivered very promptly. He kept in touch with us to ensure mam was managing. Aaron was really helpful nothing too much trouble. A credit to his service
