We’ll aim to see you within 2 weeks of your accepted referral. That’s much faster than most statutory services. We want to remove some of that ‘red tape’ and we don’t want you to just sit on another waiting list.

The first assessment will take 1 hour, and soon after you’ll receive a full written report, including recommendations for rehabilitation and any aids or adaptations. These reports won’t be on a standard template. They’re bespoke, meaningful, and will be individual to you.

Holistic assessment Start from £370 (prices may vary depending on research time needed before and after assessment) including a copy of the full OT report and recommendations

Stand-alone moving handling or seating assessments only for domestic and care home patients start from £240 for single assessment

OT4Life Care Home Liaison Service offers the flexibility of a one off fee per month, Guaranteed time per month for up to 6 patients per day (contact for a quote as prices may differ dependant work required)

Follow up treatment and advice will be agreed with you as needed, whether face-to-face, virtually, or by phone. This time will be dedicated to you and your life goals. Prices from £70 per follow up

Mileage and Expenses
Assessments within 5 miles of the Company address incur no mileage fee however a charge of £3 per Mile is incurred after 5 miles to cover travel expenses. Family and friends are welcome to attend appointments and calls. We try to be as flexible as possible to see you at a time that suits you and your needs.
