This may include specialist chairs, wheelchairs, cushions, or positioning accessories, with advice on setup, adjustment, and safe use. Support can also be provided with equipment trials, specification, and liaison with suppliers.

A clear written report is included within the cost of the assessment, outlining findings, clinical reasoning, and recommendations. Assessments start at £299 and include specialist occupational therapy input to support comfort, pressure management, safety, and long-term seating outcomes.

Our postural assessments provide a detailed evaluation of sitting balance, alignment, and overall body support needs. These assessments are carried out by Occupational Therapists with specialist postural training, ensuring a high level of clinical expertise and accuracy.

Dedicated equipment representatives support the trial by providing technical expertise on product options and adjustments, while the therapist ensures all decisions are clinically reasoned and person-centred. Following the trial, feedback is gathered from the individual, family, or care staff, and any necessary adjustments are made. Clear recommendations are then confirmed, helping to reduce the risk of unsuitable provision, wasted cost, or equipment that does not meet long-term needs.
